Juma is a nonprofit organization that strives to empower young people through the means of employment where students earn a paycheck while learning essential skills like financial responsibility, teamwork and communication in the workplace.

Inspired by classroom notebook doodles, the mural acts as a visual testament to the innovative approach of the organization and the impact its program has in the student’s life. The company’s core values as well as phrases given by students when asked “What does Juma mean for you” are represented through vibrant color and iconic elements.
